Five stars doesn’t feel like enough. This Indian restaurant is next-level. From the moment you walk in, the aroma hits you in the best way—warm spices, fresh herbs, and that unmistakable promise of a proper feed. We had the butter chicken and chicken tikka masala, both done mild and both absolutely unreal. The flavours were out of this world—rich, comforting, and beautifully balanced. The steamed rice was spot-on, and the coconut rice added that perfect little twist. The garlic naan and Kashmiri naan had just the right amount of crunch on the outside while still being soft inside—total perfection. Sweet, savoury, and ridiculously moreish. The service was friendly and on the ball, and you can tell the kitchen really knows what they’re doing. Every dish felt like it was made with care. If you’re after Indian food that’s full of flavour, made fresh, and seriously satisfying, this place is it. Already planning our next visit.

I recently had dinner at Chutney Mary’s and once again, it exceeded all expectations. It’s truly an outstanding fine dining restaurant with beautifully done interiors and a clean environment. The staff were extremely kind and polite. Yash served me with a warm smile and patiently took my order. The girl at the billing counter was equally courteous and welcoming. I ordered Paneer Lababdar with Garlic Naan, and the taste was next level! Special shoutout to the chef! The portion size was generous and satisfying. I’ve been here before, and Chutney Mary’s has never disappointed. I’ll be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Had a wonderful experience at Chutney Mary’s in Burleigh Heads! The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic Indian flavors. Service was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly throughout. Loved the open setting of the restaurant—it added to the relaxed and vibrant vibe. Definitely worth a visit!

Okay, this place is magnificantly presented and the atmosphere is devine, the staff are so attentive and helpful; the food was the greatest Indian food that I've ever had on the Gold Coast as also compared to Syd and Melb, the price was very reasonable and the range of spice was to buttered perfection - will be returning* thank you for the great royal experience.

Vegetarian malai kofta was sensational and the paneer cubes for starters were a delight. Decent wine list too. Finally a great Indian restaurant in Burleigh. We’ll be back!

We had 2 meals here while holidaying in Burleigh and both were delicious!! Great food, great service (thanks Eva) and a lovely atmosphere. It’s out favourite Indian on the GC! Highly recommend.

Honestly the service was fantastic. The food arrived hot. The curry was delicious. The naan was a little too soggy but still tasty. I was not a fan of the rice. It tasted somewhat watery like it was overcooked. But that won't stop me ordering again!! It was a great experience with a fantastic selection of vegan options so thank you for that.

Chutney Mary’s would have to be the best Indian restaurant on the southern GC. The food was exceptional we ordered the butter chicken & the house specialty Goat curry. The servings were generous, and the atmosphere of the place was really awesome.. highly recommend!!!
